As the Family First Caregivers founder, I believe in family and community. My wife Tammy and I live in North Royalton, along with our daughter Mandi and her husband Joe. We also have a son, Matt, who married Alyssa and they live in Fenton, Michigan.. We have FOUR Grandkids! Just to add to our love of all things local, both my wife and me
As the Family First Caregivers founder, I believe in family and community. My wife Tammy and I live in North Royalton, along with our daughter Mandi and her husband Joe. We also have a son, Matt, who married Alyssa and they live in Fenton, Michigan.. We have FOUR Grandkids! Just to add to our love of all things local, both my wife and me are fellow Holy Name graduates: class of 1984 and 1987, go Namers!
As for my passion to help people, I started shortly after my mother, Marlene, passed away. Before Mom moved on she told me, “make a difference in someone’s life and make yourself happy doing it.” So I left my job in corporate America and started a caregiving career in Strongsville, Ohio. I wanted to make a real impact; so instead of buying a franchise, I decided to run a locally owned and operated family business. I guarantee you will quickly see the difference. At FFC we know the needs of our seniors and their families. Many of you are working full-time jobs, raising children and helping parents –simultaneously. I’ve been there. I tried being everywhere at once -and it doesn’t work. Our Caregivers help bridge that gap and truly love their work. I am lucky to have them on my team.
Our office staff also goes the extra mile every day. Our Family Care Director Karen McNabb works incredibly hard and goes out of her way to match the right Family with the right Caregiver. Meanwhile our Office Manager, Debi Lubinski, does all of our billing right here in our Strongsville office. She is probably the sweetest person you will ever speak with -really.
Kathy Teague just added to our staff and she is coordinating schedules and staffing.
